Gratz Pilates proudly presents "A Rough Dance"
Gratz Pilates proudly presents “A Rough Dance,” a short Pilates and boxing documentary featuring Miguel Silva from Uno Pilates. The documentary showcases his work with boxers from the renowned PUG Gym in North Finchley, London, hosted at Gaby Noble’s Exhale Pilates London, located on the second floor above the gym.
This video project pays homage to the legendary Joseph Pilates, whose system aims to cultivate a more agile and responsive body. Inspired by Pilates’ multifaceted background as an athlete, gymnast, acrobat, former boxer, and trainer, his Contrology system has gained immense popularity in the contemporary health and wellness community.
