PG: Principles of Guidance
The Principles of Guidance (PG) go beyond simple movement – they are the key to unlocking your potential as both a practitioner and future Pilates professional.
At the core (the essence) of this training lies our signature method, The Symbiosis of Push & Pull®. This principle shows you that true posture and alignment are possible only when the body works as a united system. With clarity and control, you will learn how every push creates a pull, and every movement is balanced by its opposite – helping you discover a deeper harmony in how your body moves and responds. You will refine your postural alignment, experiencing how balance and strength come from working with – not against – your body.
Your Path to Success
With the Principles of Guidance, you’ll develop not just your physical abilities, but also a deeper appreciation for movement as an art. This means achieving a level of fitness that’s about more than just strength or flexibility – it’s about finding balance that boosts your health, energy, and overall well-being. After you’re certified, you’ll have the skills and confidence to inspire people of all ages and fitness levels, making a real difference in their lives as a teacher.

Prerequisite: Minimum 2 Years of Teaching Experience
To join this program, we ask that all participants have at least two years of teaching experience. This prerequisite ensures that every student enters the course with a solid foundation in teaching.
The program is divided into four progressive modules, each designed to build your knowledge, enhance your practice, and equip you with practical tools for both personal growth and professional teaching.
This principle, based on Joseph Pilates’ concept of Contrology, guides you toward a deeper understanding of movement. As you practice, you’ll start to see physical fitness not just as strength or flexibility, but as a harmonious state of balance – where body, mind, and spirit come together in unity.
By the end of these modules, you will have established a solid foundation to progress confidently, both in your practice and as a future Pilates professional.
